DUN dun DUN dun DUN dun DUN

Congratulations! NACHO evolved into COLLEGE STUDENT!

Okay, nerdy joking aside, I feel like I've been going through a huge change over the past few months. I feel like the Nacho I've been for the last 3 years is on her way out, in so many ways. Good ways and bad ways. I've always been comfortable in my own skin, but it's only recently that I've been branching out a bit, indulging my sillier whims and finding that it actually pays off. I hide so much less now than I used to.

Just within the last month or so, I've changed so much. I've learned how to deal with chaotic emotions, discovered a love for dressing up, cut my hair short, I'm a legal adult now, and today I found out that I need glasses (and that's why the Nacho on the right is wearing glasses).

I look and act like a hipster art student now. And I guess I AM one; I start college next week.

I don't know what my point was with this. Just. Yeah. Whee. Being an adult is weird.

Yeah, College is a good way to find out who you really are and just how to grow as a person.

You're getting away from the typical people around you and are obtaining so many new stories from people it's just crazy time.
It will also crush any last bits of naivety you have left in you.

It's called the Living Arts College at the School of Communication Arts. Tiiiiny little school (400 students) just within the city limits of Raleigh, NC. Tiny and funky. xD

I'm pretty excited about it.

OH. Uh. I'm not sure.

I'll be majoring in Animation! (Technically "Animation and Game Design" but really it's just animation with some extra stuff thrown in)
